A modern heritage feel for a holiday home brand, “Cotters Stay’. Think original wood beams and floors paired with carefully curated soft furnishings and heritage inspired finishes. This feel was carefully echoed through refined typefaces, hand-drawn illustrations and patterns to reflect a home where you can fully relax and take in the beautiful coastal surroundings.

The colour palette was created around the organic elements around the home to reflect the setting and uses soft hues to feel welcoming and restful. The brand deliberately creates an approachable, ‘homely’ feel and the hand-drawn icon of the house is the perfect addition to create a memorable icon.
